Jessica offers professional consultation billed at 15-minute increments. Her areas of knowledge include:

- Substance use disorders, including smoking cessation
- Behavioral/process addictions
- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), including ADHD evaluations
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
- Assessment and diagnosis
- Assessing for appropriate level of care
- Treatment planning
- Documentation
- Handling client crises and high-risk situations
- Relapse prevention planning and safety planning
- Handling ethical dilemmas
- Private practice, especially telehealth-based
- Practicing self-care and preventing burnout
