People with anxiety may feel nervous or "on edge," worry a lot, and avoid doing things that make their anxiety worse. They may have physical symptoms, such as a racing heart, upset stomach, and sweating or shaking. Many of these also often cause difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or both.

I help people learn coping skills and other healthy lifestyle habits that help them feel less anxious and manage stress more effectively.
